(Mississauga, ON, March 8, 2011) Dr. Calvin Gutkin, Executive Director and CEO of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) is pleased to announce that effective April 1, 2011, the College will officially launch a new Corporate Affairs Department at its National office in Mississauga, Ontario.
Under the direction of Theresa Maguire-Garber, Chief Operating Officer and Associate Executive Director Corporate Affairs, the new Corporate Affairs Department will include CFPC staff members from the existing Corporate Affairs division of the Executive Department, the Membership Administration section of the Membership and Professional Affairs Department, and the Research and Education Foundation.

"Establishing the Corporate Affairs Department will help ensure that the College can best serve the growing needs of the CFPC and its members.
