These awards recognize CFPC members who in the past 12 to 24 months have made an outstanding contribution to the discipline of family medicine.
This award is given to the individual who achieved the highest standing among practice-eligible candidates in the CFPC’s Certification Examination in Family Medicine.
This award is given to the individual who achieved the highest standing among family medicine residents in the CFPC’s Certification Examination in Family Medicine.
This award recognizes the achievements of a CFPC family physician member who is making an exceptional contribution to the welfare of the disabled in his or her community through practice, teaching, research, or advocacy. The deadline to submit a nomination is April 1, 2013.
These awards recognize the efforts of new family physician leaders of tomorrow for their outstanding contributions today. Nominees should exemplify the following criteria: leadership, innovation, initiative, and dedication. The deadline to submit a nomination is April 1, 2013.

These awards recognize senior members of the CFPC who made a significant sustained contribution to family medicine research during their active career years.
